FOC stands for "Freedom on Canada." The platform is a private study group, not a public service or legal firm. Purpose: Help Canadians exit the public debtor system and regain private standing
Who is this for?
Living men and women who: Are tired of mainstream sovereignty theories. Want lawful remedy via process, not protest. Seek education in estate, trust, executor rights, and financial sovereignty. Are prepared to act — not just theorize.
Why are we doing this?
Restore lawful standing. Use Executor authority to manage private estates. Neutralize public system joinder. Operate PMAs (Private Member Associations) for benevolent services.

My name is : John‑Donald: Sargent., and I serve as the Principal Educator and Steward of the FOC 2.0 Study Group — a benevolent, educational arm of our private trust and PMA system dedicated to restoring lawful standing and empowering Executors to walk in private authority. I did not come into this work by chance. I’ve lived it. My path has been shaped by personal hardship, persistent questions, and a relentless search for truth in the face of systemic adversity. Like many of you, I once believed the public system had the answers — until I saw how deeply the illusion runs. I’ve buried loved ones, fought for control of estates, wrestled with institutions that presumed authority over me, and stood toe-to-toe with systems that see only the fiction of the NAME — not the life of the living man. The road has not been easy. I faced rejection, financial pressure, isolation from those who didn’t comprehend, and threats to legacy and livelihood. But I stayed the course — learning the laws, filing the documents, declaring my standing, and above all, trusting that this journey was divinely appointed. What kept me going was the conviction that this knowledge is not just for me — it is to be shared. It’s not about theory or escape. It’s about reclaiming what is ours lawfully and peaceably. That is why I teach. I don’t call myself an expert to elevate myself — but because I have lived the process, tested it, and walked with others through their valleys. Today, I guide Trustees, Executors, and benevolent leaders across Canada to rise into their rightful office — not as rebels, but as record-holders, living men and women operating in equity. My greatest goal is not just to teach — it is to transfer comprehension. To witness the moment when someone goes from fear to clarity. From chaos to order. From debtor to living Trustee. And to see them stand in their private capacity with honor. This is my calling. And it is your invitation.
