PROCLAMATION OF PRIVATE DOMAIN AND LAWFUL USE
 
 The LMC Services214 Private Membership Association, doing business as FOC 2.0 Study Group, exists exclusively within the private domain under Natural Law, God’s Law, and Common Law.
 All members, associates, and visitors are hereby notified that all educational materials, discussions, and documents herein are private intellectual property, shared solely for lawful private education and comprehension, not for public or prosecutorial use.
 
 We, the living men and women of this Association, Live in the Private and Operate in the Public only by choice and contract, never by presumption or statutory compulsion.
 
 Any party accessing this material for investigatory, prosecutorial, or adversarial purpose outside of private contract commits trespass upon the private and breach of peace, and shall be deemed in dishonor.
 

 

Article I – Name and Nature

1.1 The name of this Association is LMC Services214 Private Membership Association, doing business as FOC 2.0 Study Group (“the Association”).
 1.2 The Association is a private membership body formed by mutual consent of living men and women who choose to operate privately under Natural Law, God’s Law, and Common Law.
 1.3 The Association is not subject to public statutes, agencies, or authorities except by explicit, voluntary, written contract.

Article II – Purpose

2.1 To provide private education and mentorship on lawful estate administration, trust formation, commerce navigation, and related subjects.
 2.2 To support members in transitioning from public to private operation and in preserving rights, dignity, and lawful capacity.
 2.3 To act in honor, integrity, and truth for the mutual benefit of its members.

Article III – Membership Eligibility

3.1 Membership is open to living men and women who:
  (a) accept these Terms & By-Laws;
  (b) comprehend that all activities occur in the private; and
  (c) enter freely and without duress.
 3.2 Membership is by application and acceptance only; the Association may decline any application at its discretion.

Article IV – Governance

4.1 The Association is governed by its Trustees and designated officers, appointed privately.
 4.2 Decisions are guided by equity, good faith, and the private trust principles under which the Association operates.

Article V – Member Duties

5.1 Members shall maintain confidentiality of all Association communications, teachings, and records.
 5.2 Members shall refrain from bringing Association matters into public jurisdiction without written consent of the Trustees.
 5.3 Members shall act honorably and fulfill commitments made within the Association.

Article VI – Donations and Contributions

6.1 The Association is sustained by member donations and contributions.
 6.2 As of October 2025, the minimum monthly contribution for general membership is $24.99 CAD.
 6.3 An “Associate-Only” membership for Public Posting Service shall be available at $9.99 CAD per month.
 6.4 All donations are voluntary benevolent contributions, not taxable fees or sales.

Article VII – Educational and Non-Commercial Character

7.1 All information and materials provided by the Association are for private educational and advisory purposes.
 7.2 Nothing herein constitutes statutory legal, accounting, or financial advice.
 7.3 All contributions for courses, e-books, or resources are considered minimum donations in support of the Association’s mission.

Article VIII – Termination of Membership

8.1 Membership may be terminated for violation of these By-Laws, dishonor, or misuse of materials.
 8.2 Termination decisions rest with the Trustees and are final within the private forum.

Article IX – Dispute Resolution

9.1 All disputes shall be resolved privately, in honor, and in good faith under Common Law and equity.
 9.2 No member shall invoke public courts until all private remedies have been attempted and mutually agreed.

Article X – Acceptance

By registering or selecting “I Agree,” the applicant affirms:
 - they are a living man or woman acting in the private;
 - they have read and comprehended this Private Membership Agreement; and
 - they voluntarily enter this covenant without duress.

Article XI – Private Use and Non-Disclosure

11.1 All materials, communications, and resources shared within the Association or its educational divisions are private, proprietary, and intended solely for the personal education and lawful self-development of members.
 11.2 No member or participant may reproduce, publish, share, or submit any portion of such materials as evidence or exhibits in public legal or administrative proceedings without the express written consent of the Trustees.
 11.3 Any unauthorized public use constitutes breach of private contract and trespass upon the Association’s private domain.
